PRESS RELEASE:
Eyesight Associates was honored to help sponsor an “Evening with Santa” at the Convention Center in the Galleria Mall. All of the proceeds went to the Airman and Family Readiness Council to benefit deployed soldiers from our own Robins Air Force Base. Admission for the action packed event, as well as raffle tickets and donations, raised more than $1,150.
During the fun filled event, each child was able to visit a different activity station. The children created crafts and made Christmas cards to send to our deployed soldiers overseas. The children also enjoyed decorating their own cookies and playing with Santa’s elves. Christmas music played in the background while all of the guests munched on Hors d’oeuvres.
Later in the evening, Santa read “Twas the Night Before Christmas” to the excited audience. Afterwards, each child visited with Santa and got their picture taken. Family portraits were also available.
