I had LASEK surgery May 31, 2007. It has been one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. To be able to see every day without having toput on glasses or put in contacts every morning is amazing. I know that I might work for Dr. Gayton but that is not why I am writing this testimonial. I truly have had a great experience. I had worn glasses since I was about 11 years old and to be without them after wearing them for 20 years to me is a miracle. I have freedom to do things that I could not before.

The actual produce was not near as bad as I had thought it would be. There is some discomfort for a few days but to me it was not so bad. I was well informed of what I would go through for the healing process. I am still in the healing process but even at this point I am seeing things that even my husband has trouble seeing.

I am very thankful for everyone that helped me achieve the goal of being glasses free. I would encourage anyone who is a candidate to go for it!
