Johnny G’s Fun Center is hosting an event to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Sandy on Sunday, November 11, from 11a.m. to 10 p.m. Twenty five percent of all money received on this day will be donated to the relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy victims.
More than 110 people have died as a result of Sandy. The continual struggle of hurricane victims to recover is being magnified by the approaching Nor’easter Storm, which will bring freezing temperatures to many still without power. The storm threatens to swamp homes all over again, plunging neighborhoods back into darkness and inflicting more misery on tens of thousands of people still reeling from Sandy.

“The victims of Hurricane Sandy are in dire straits and urgently need aid and support,” said Johnny Gayton, M.D., owner of Johnny G’s Fun Center and chief surgeon at Eyesight Associates. “Many people are without power and other basic necessities of life. It is vital they receive help quickly given the situation. This is an opportunity for our local community to bless these fellow Americans in their time of deep need.”
