Richard E. Dowdell received his Doctor of Optometry degree and Bachelors degree in Microbiology from The Indiana University School of Optometry. His previous experience includes The Vision Center at Wal-Mart and Hospital Robins located at Robins Air Force Base. His professional associations include The American Optometric Association, Georgia Optometric Association, and The Contact Lens Section of the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Dowdell is accepting new patients in the Warner Robins and Fort Valley offices.
